We offer screen-printing of soccer team logos, corporate logos, business logos and more on our Code Four Athletics soccer uniforms, warm-ups, apparel and outerwear. We require a minimum initial order of 36 items with the same logo.

Numbers, Names on soccer jerseys, sportswear
Our heat-seal numbers and lettering come in black or white. Other colors are available by special order for an additional charge.
Player numbers on jerseys, warm-ups: $2.00 ea. (1 or 2 digits).
Varsity 2" lettering for player names: $6.00 ea.
Typical size is 8" number on back of jerseys; 4" size on front of jerseys.
For your convenience, we've also provided a Team Roster Submission Form to fill out with you player names, numbers and sizing information.
