If you live within the continental United States, Code Four Athletics will gladly loan you samples of our soccer uniforms and warm-ups for up to 25 days at no charge!
Simply call us toll free at 1-888-411-3687, tell us what styles of soccer jerseys, shorts and warm-ups you're interested in, and we'll send you samples via UPS Ground (along with a prepaid shipping label for returning them). It's a terrific way for you and the team to see what we have to offer, as well as size your players—all at no cost to you!
We ask for a valid Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit-card number to keep on file as a security measure. If you need the samples more than 25 days, just contact us and we can usually let you have them a bit longer; otherwise, if we haven't heard from you and the samples are not returned within the appropriate timeframe, your credit card will be charged for the merchandise amount. Please note: If samples are returned after your card has been charged, you will still incur a 5% processing fee. Thanks for your understanding; please contact us with any questions.
