These rates are for our standard shipping (1-6 business days after fulfillment of your order). We
ship most orders under 2 pounds USPS Priority Mail; for all others, UPS Ground. Please contact us
for more information and prices regarding expedited shipping (such as overnight, 2-Day and 3-Day
delivery), plus shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories.
Payment Terms
We accept VISA, MasterCard or Discover credit cards, PayPal payments, business and personal checks, money
orders, and school/district purchase orders. Orders less than $250 must be paid in full upon ordering. Above
$250, we ask for a 50% deposit when ordering and the remaining balance to be paid upon completion,
before shipping. We ask that teams submit a single payment; Code Four will not coordinate and
invoice individual player accounts.
Submitting Logos For Personalization
Please provide us with clean, camera-ready artwork of your logo (digitally, we ask for a PC
vector-based .EPS file). We will match the colors as best we can using standard PMS colors, unless
otherwise specified. Code Four Athletics assumes that any artwork/logo submitted for an order is in
full compliance with proper trademark laws. If you don't already have a logo, we'll gladly work with
you to create a design.
Sizing/Samples
If you'd like to receive Code Four Athletics merchandise samples to determine the proper sizes for
your team, just let us know! We'll loan you samples for up to 25 days at no charge. Call us toll

Returns and Exchanges
Unused or defective items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your purchase. Personalized items (with logos, numbers or embroidery) may not be returned or exchanged, unless defective.
