Soccer Uniforms, Apparel
We offer in-house screen-printing of team logos on uniforms and apparel purchased from Code Four Athletics, excluding most warm-ups and outerwear. There is a one-time set-up fee of $20 per one-color logo, $40 for a two-color logo. Once you've paid this initial fee, we'll keep your artwork on file — thereby eliminating any set-up fees for future orders featuring the same logo.

Shown is just a sampling of a few logos we've designed. We can print them in a variety of colors — black, forest, gold, maroon, navy, purple, red, royal or white — to complement your jersey style, or satisfy club color requirements.

Our heat-seal numbers and lettering come in black, forest, gold, maroon, navy, purple, red, royal or white. There is no set-up fee.
8" number on back of Code Four jerseys (except reversible): $2.50 (1 or 2 digits).
8" number on back of Code Four reversible jerseys: $5.00 ($2.50 per side)
2" lettering for player names: $6.00 ea.
2" Varsity number on 'Sparta' or 'Crossfire' warm-ups: $2.50 (number at no charge on pants when full warm-up set is purchased)

In-Stock Embroidery
Soccer Warm-Ups, Apparel
We offer embroidery on warm-ups and other apparel using a standard typeface and several soccer graphics. Team names are 1/2" in size; player numbers are 3/4" in size. When purchasing a full warm-up set, a player number is included on the wearer's left pocket of the pants.
Price: $7.50* per placement - includes team name, one soccer
graphic and player number grouped together; typical
placement is on the wearer's left chest of the jacket.
*SHLD1 is $10; only avail. on 'Viper' or 'Crossfire' jackets.
