Screen Printed Logos
Soccer Uniforms and Apparel
We offer in-house screen-printing of team logos on uniforms, warm-ups and apparel purchased from Code Four Athletics, excluding our 'Titan' and 'Viper' warm-ups, and outerwear. There is a one-time set-up fee of $20 per one-color logo, $40 for a two-color logo. Once you've paid this initial fee, we'll keep your artwork on file — thereby eliminating any set-up fees for future orders featuring the same logo.
Please Email Us if you have questions or need help with a
team logo; we'll put one together and email it to you
for approval.

Our heat-seal numbers and lettering come in several team colors; there is no set-up fee.
2", 4" or 8" number: $2.50 ea. (1 or 2 digits).
Varsity 2" lettering for player names: $6.00 ea.
Lettering and 2" numbers only in Varsity style.
Free number on pants when matching jacket with number is also purchased.

to fill out with you player names, numbers and sizing information.

In-Stock Embroidery
Soccer Warm-Ups, Apparel
We offer embroidery on warm-ups and other apparel using
a standard typeface and several
Soccer Graphics.
Team names are 1/2" in size; player numbers are 3/4" in size. When purchasing a full warm-up set, a player number is included
on the wearer's left pocket of the pants.
Price: $7.50* per placement - includes team name, one soccer
graphic and player number grouped together; typical
placement is on the wearer's left chest of the jacket.
*SHLD1 is $10; only avail. on 'Viper' or 'Crossfire' jackets.
Embroidery is available in several different colors. Some in-stock
designs may be altered to reflect your team color.
For special requests, large-sized embroidery and custom logos, please contact us.
